Uniquely curated minerals

AmaLuca Design was formed as Amy’s personal collection grew. Over time Amy’s home became a museum of sorts, with friends, neighbors, and family requesting to visit to view her uniquely placed mineral design. As people asked Amy to help them create similar designs and find stones and minerals of their own, she realized the potential impact she could have in bringing nature, beauty, and energized art into people’s lives through mineralogy.
About Amy
Amy Watson Knitter grew up on an organic farm in the foothills of Palomar Mountain in Southern California. her childhood was spent hiking through the California chapparal and climbing boulders. Rocks were always a fascination for Amy, whose collection began at age four.
Over time, Amy’s fascination became a drive to find minerals at their sources. She has collected minerals from all over the world and relishes opportunities to find new stones, meet people from different locales, and gain new education and insights into minerals and gems.
Amy believes that fine minerals and gems are art that soothe the soul and create a rich and energetic environment. She pursues mineralogical design as a way of bringing aesthetic enrichment and well-being to her clients.
